Users become “Members" of NeverApp only after registering. Registration implies the acceptance of the TOS, which regulate access to our Services. The registration process requires Users to provide personal data which will be treated according to EU Privacy Laws and the most stringent NeverApp Privacy Policies. Hereafter NeverApp will be indicated as one of the Parties stipulating the agreement with the user. To this purpose, NeverApp (the service) and NeverApp Ltd.
